Conference Registration
To attend the 2023 ASSA Annual Meeting, all registrants will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to have received at least one booster. High-quality masks (i.e., KN-95 or better) will be required in all indoor conference spaces. These requirements are planned for the well-being of all participants. Participants are also encouraged to test for COVID-19 before traveling to the meeting.
When registering, you will be required to upload proof of having received an FDA authorized vaccination series, including a booster. Documentation must be uploaded in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. You will receive an email with a link for booking a hotel room once your vaccination card has been reviewed.
Those who are unable to be vaccinated or boosted for health or religious reasons should contact assa@vanderbilt.edu for information about an exemption.
Presenters and discussants on the program who have health concerns will have an option to present their talks remotely. Please note that there is no remote option for audience attendance.
